Restaurants in the UK

An ultra-powerful connected EPOS till and your website,
at your fingertips

Yours and your team's. Orders, till, kitchen, delivery and receipts, each on its own phone — without buying a single device. No commission on your orders, no cost per member of staff, no wifi to install: 4G is enough.
And if the internet drops, you keep taking payment — the sales send themselves once the connection is back.

No lock-in. In 15 minutes you know if it's for you — and if it isn't, I'll tell you.

One person to deal with — across Europe, Switzerland and the United Kingdom

  • Switzerland
  • France
  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • United Kingdom

The rules are not the same from one country to the next. Your setup follows THE UK's: VAT at 20%, records kept for 6 years, and VAT returns filed digitally under Making Tax Digital.

A restaurant in Piraeus has been running on this system for months. See it — it's not a demo, it's their place.
Your app works on day one: till, menu, orders and clocking-in. The website, if you want it, comes after.

A note about the data. Everything you see in the demo — orders, receipts, names, amounts — is sample data. The comparison figures are taken from providers' public list prices (July 2026). For the only named client, kalamakitroubas.gr, I show only what is already public — its website and its Google positions — never its sales. All other cases are anonymised: no phone number or amount belonging to an identifiable client appears on this page.

Real results

What has already happened for others — no dressing up

I'm not going to promise you customers or the top spot on Google: anyone who promises that either doesn't control it, or will hedge it in the small print. I show you what did happen, with dates.

Souvlaki restaurant in a fiercely competitive port (Greece)

New website, multi-language menu and direct orders. In 8–9 weeks it was showing among the top Google results for its main dish in its city, in an area packed with competition.

Renovation firm in an Alpine region (Switzerland)

New domain, no history, published on 22 June. Within 3 weeks it was already showing for its trade. By week 6 it was first on Google for its trade searches in its canton — about ten of them in the top five. And the next step is already mapped: the most searched terms in its region, where the work carries on.

Anonymised on purpose. I don't publish my clients' names or their sales figures without permission, just as I wouldn't publish yours. On the call I show you the screenshots with dates, straight from Google's own tool — and there you'll see the names. These results are those clients'; they're not a guarantee for yours.

Try it yourself

I won't tell you about it — you touch it

It's all running right now. Open the one that looks like your place, look at the screen, and put a test order through. No sign-up, no charge, nothing of yours kept.

How to try it properly — 30 seconds
  1. Order on whichever you like. All of them take orders: fast food, pizzeria, restaurant and fine dining.
  2. But watch the Restaurant. The tools — till, kitchen, pass, bookings, stock — are wired to that one. That is where you see your order land live, and where you change the menu (prices, sold out, a new dish) from the editor.
  3. On your phone: add it to your home screen and turn notifications on. The order then rings and alerts you exactly as it would in your own place, without keeping the screen open.

The shopfront your customer sees. Pick a kebab or a pizza, add it, and order: collection or delivery, payment, and the order lands in the kitchen live. Two different looks, the same tool behind.

  • Order in two taps, no account
  • Collection or delivery
  • The order reaches the kitchen screen
  • Delivery tracked on the map

  • And the same tool behind

And behind the scenes, what your team uses — your till, in pounds, with UK VAT

And for everything that happens after service — invoices, quotes, VAT, reminders — invoicing and business management sit in the same app.

Something missing? Tell me. If what you ask for helps other restaurants too, I build it and you're not charged extra — half of this list came about that way.

The offer

Build your pack

Four questions. At the end you see what you pay today and what you pay each month. No lock-in, and you can stop whenever you like.

1 of 5 · Your tools

Which tools do you use?

They are all included in the monthly price. Here you choose which ones I switch on for day one, not what you pay: the price does not move whatever you tick.

0% commission on your orders · £0 per member of staff · £0 per cover booked. And if the internet drops, you keep taking payment.

What's not included, said plainly
  • SEO is not in the monthly price. Ranking on Google is separate work and is taken on separately, only if you need it.
  • Your payment provider's fees are theirs and come out of your account. Ultras-Sites never receives or holds your money.
  • After the founders: the launch price goes up. The first restaurants keep their rate locked for 24 months.
  • The price covers one venue, one brand and one setup. A second site is quoted separately.
  • I don't guarantee a position on Google or a number of customers. I have 4 cases with dated results and I show them to you on screen — anyone who guarantees you a position will hedge it in the small print.
Taking cards and taking payment online

If your current fee is high, I propose a lower one and show you the difference with your figures. If you already have a good rate, we leave it and change nothing. To take payment up front and put an end to orders nobody collects, I lay out the market's options and you choose.

Cost to you with me: £0 — your provider charges it, not me.

My commitment to you

Always a notch below the market

My price stays always a notch below what the others charge for the same thing. Not because it's worth less — because I want an ordinary restaurant to be able to afford it.

And if you find someone offering practically the same as me for less, show me — their website, their quote, their invoice — and I adjust my price. No argument, and you don't have to push.

This applies to every country I work in, not just the UK.

Before you ask

Who I am, where your data is and who owns all this

A European business, invoice in order

Ultras-Sites is a professional activity registered in Portugal, within the European Union. For a UK business I invoice you without VAT (place of supply is the UK); your accountant applies the reverse charge — standard for cross-border services between businesses.

Your data, in the UK/EU

Everything is hosted on European infrastructure. I act as data processor (UK GDPR / GDPR art. 28) and we sign the data processing agreement alongside the main contract. Your customers are yours: I don't sell, share or reuse your data.

I never touch your money

I'm the technical integrator, not a payment institution. Payment goes from the customer to your account, through the provider you choose. I don't hold it, don't sit in the middle, don't take a percentage.

What's yours, exactly

The website is yours: design, content, text, photos and the code of your site, by contract. The shared engine that runs the till, orders and records is licensed to you for as long as the subscription lasts. I write it that plainly so there's never a misunderstanding.

HMRC-ready records, no fairy tales

The records are designed to be HMRC-ready: a chained, tamper-evident log kept 6 years, with an accounting export. In the UK there's no certified software to buy. Your duties depend on your business and how you use it — confirm them with your accountant.

Security, specifically

HTTPS across the whole site, automatic backups, anti-bot protection on the forms, role-based access for your team and zero advertising trackers by default. When an order comes in, it's logged and can't be deleted: it's voided leaving a trace, it never disappears.

If you ever leave

You take your website and an export of your data. No hostages, no hidden penalty, no having to beg to get your menu or your sales history back.

One point of contact

You always speak to the same person: the one who built your system. No switchboard, no tickets bouncing between departments, no "that's another provider's job".

Legal framework cited: UK GDPR & the Data Protection Act 2018 (processor duties) · Making Tax Digital and HMRC record-keeping · the reverse charge on cross-border B2B services.

In two minutes

Your whole restaurant, on your team's phone

Your restaurant already has its till, its menu and its QR running from a phone. And if you want, a website that gets you found — that's an option, not an obligation.

Your tools, on day one

Till, kitchen screen, QR menu, bookings, delivery and clocking-in. On everyone's phone, without buying a single device.

The "order" button is yours again

Today that button belongs to Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Just Eat, and they take their cut of every order. With your own link, the customer orders on your place — and the order is yours, whole.

The regulars keep coming back

A loyalty card and an app for your regulars: the ones who come most have their place, and you know who they are.

And the website, if you want it, brings you people

A souvlaki place in Piraeus had no website. Ten weeks after its own: number one on 65 searches in its area, 200 in the top three. kalamakitroubas.gr — see for yourself.

Search Console data, 21 May to 30 July 2026. Those are positions, not sales: coming out on top doesn't guarantee you customers, and anyone who guarantees you that is selling smoke.

Direct support, with me
I am there at all times: an answer in under 6 hours, any hour. Minor issues fixed in under 1 hour.
Your suppliers, built in
Automatic supplier contact: pick the items, the order leaves the app ready to send — and when goods arrive, they go straight into stock.
Everything made to measure
The demo is a complete pack — and everything adapts to your restaurant: every screen, every tool, every staff profile. It grows and improves with you.

First, the numbers

What it costs to build the same with others

I'm not asking you to take my word for it. These are the public prices of the tools you'd need to have what you're about to have. Rebuilt piece by piece, for the UK market, as of July 2026.

Building it with others
£150 – 249/month
  • A full EPOS suite £100 – 249/month (Kobas, Syrve and the like)
  • or till + stock + loyalty + marketing + invoicing
  • Bookings with no per-cover fee +£22 to 119
  • Your own online ordering +£40 to 160

And even then the website isn't yours and Google brings you no one.

Here: already in your pack
£229/month
  • Everything next door, included
  • Orders and bookings with no commission from us
  • Staff and loyalty at no cost per employee or per customer
  • Option — if you want a website: yours, £2,000 once or £100/month × 20

A fixed price. Card fees belong to your provider, separate and in your name.

Public list prices checked in July 2026 on the providers' websites, and adapted to the UK market. These are list prices: your real case may differ, which is why further down you work it out with your own figures.

You save—

On your sales, with this system, you could save the figure above every month. And if you add the website — it's optional — it also becomes yours.

The website, built for you and yours £2,000 — or £100/month for 24 months

The website can be paid in full, or spread over up to 24 months — over 24 months that's £100/month, and you pick the term. Once it's paid off it becomes yours: I hand you the domain and the code of your site — the main page, built in a modular way, so any IT engineer can carry on working on it. The tools (till, orders, bookings, delivery) and the SEO work are not handed over: they are the service you keep with me for as long as you like. Simple SEO is included with the website; Ultra SEO is a separate service, £159/month with no lock-in.

Card fees are not charged by me: your provider charges them and they come out of your account. That's why they sit separately in this calculation and why they're optional.

Everything you've ticked above — till, QR menu, orders, bookings with a floor plan, the kitchen pass, clocking-in, stock, delivery, messaging, HMRC-ready records and your website — I give you for this price:

£229/month

One price, with no commission from us on your sales. Card fees are charged by your provider and come out of your account: the money never passes through mine.

The website, built for you: £2,000 once and it's yours from day one, or £100/month for 24 months and it becomes yours once it's paid off.
Just the app, no website? £296/month for the first 6 months (setup included), then £229.
The whole website in all 12 languages? £180 once — the menu already speaks them, included.

Setup: 10 to 14 days, depending on the work involved.

Start

Start my project

Two ways to start. The quick one, and the one that takes its time. Both reach the same place.

1 · I know what I want

I start today

You pay and I get going. No salesperson, no compulsory call, no waiting for a quote. No lock-in: if it's not for you, you stop whenever you like.

With a website — see the payment options

Secure payment through Mollie (card, bank transfer). You get the invoice and I write to you the same day.

2 · I'd rather talk it over first

Tell me about your restaurant

You fill this in, we go through it together and I tell you what I'd do in your case. You're not charged anything until the contract is signed by both of us.

Fill in the questionnaire

Prefer to talk? WhatsApp WhatsApp — you get me, not a call centre.

I reply the same day. No pushy calls: if you tell me no, that's the end of it.

Talk first

Talk first

Book the time that suits you

Pick a day and time and you block my diary: that slot stops being available to anyone else the moment you book it. Fifteen minutes, no sales pitch: you tell me how you work and I tell you whether I can simplify anything.

Pick a day to see the free times

Real details needed. I send you an email to confirm the appointment: until you click the link, the slot is held but not confirmed, and it's released automatically after an hour. It's the only way to keep the diary from filling with fake appointments — and to make sure that, when you really book, that slot is yours for certain.

And after signing?

Once the contract is signed and the first payment made, I send you a single link: a questionnaire where you leave, all at once, your logo, your photos, your menu, your opening hours and your access details. It's filled in in one sitting, and with that I can build it all.

No chasing you round on WhatsApp. You fill it in when it suits you; I work with what's inside.

See the questionnaire

The link is sent after payment — so the questionnaire is ready the day we start.

The contract

What we sign, in eleven lines

No small print hidden away. This is the real content of the contract; I send you the full document as a PDF before signing, and you can show it to your accountant.

  1. Subject. Building your bespoke website and subscribing to the management system (till, orders, bookings, kitchen, records).
  2. Price. With a website: £2,000 once for setup and the website + £229/month for the system. Without a website, just the app: £296/month for the first 6 months (setup included) and £229/month after. No Ultras-Sites commission on your sales.
  3. Ownership. The website — design, content and site code — is yours. The shared management engine is licensed to you while the subscription is active.
  4. Term. No lock-in: month to month from day one. Leave whenever you like, with 30 days' notice. Rate locked for 24 months for the first restaurants.
  5. Data. Data processing agreement (UK GDPR / GDPR art. 28) signed at the same time. Data hosted in the European Union.
  6. Payments. The payment provider is yours and the money lands in your account. Ultras-Sites never receives your customers' funds.
  7. Records. System designed to keep HMRC-ready records (chained, tamper-evident, kept 6 years), with an accounting export for your accountant.
  8. Support. Every day from 9:30am to 10pm. Includes support and fixes; does not include full redesigns or brand-new bespoke development.
  9. Exit. At the end, I hand you your website and an export of your data. No hidden penalty.
  10. What I don't promise. I don't guarantee Google positions or a number of customers. I commit means and work, not results that don't depend on me alone.
  11. Governing terms. Business-to-business (B2B) contract with cross-border invoicing and the reverse charge. The contract is drawn up in accordance with the law of the target country and of the place where your business operates.
The real problem

The real problem

You're not missing a tool. You've got six too many.

Most restaurants end up with one subscription for the till, another for the QR menu, another for orders, another for bookings, another for loyalty, another for staff… and a website that isn't theirs and brings nobody in. Six bills, six support desks, six passwords — and when something breaks, each one says it's the other's.

Scattered subscriptions

Each module, a different provider. Added up, they often top £200 a month.

Nothing talks to anything

The order doesn't reach the till, the till doesn't feed the invoicing, the booking lives on its own.

A rented website

You pay every month for a template that's never yours and vanishes the day you stop paying.

Commission per order

The delivery platforms take between 14% and 35% of every order you'd already won yourself.

What I install for you

What I install for you

A system, not a pretty page

Everything below is the same tool. It's installed once, with your menu, your tables and your brand. Each person sees only their part: the customer sees the menu, the waiter sees the tables, the kitchen sees the orders, and you see the till and the numbers.

Your website, yours

Built for your restaurant, not a template. Paid for once and yours by contract.

Multi-language digital menu

On your website, with photos and allergens. It updates itself in every language when you change a dish.

Direct orders

QR at the table, collection and your own delivery. No commission from Ultras-Sites per order.

Bookings

On your website and in your diary. £0 per cover — you don't pay to be booked.

POS Ultra — Till / EPOS

Tables, shifts, payments, cash-up and history. Works on a tablet, a phone or a computer.

Kitchen screen

The order lands straight there. No lost dockets, no shouting between floor and kitchen.

Built-in receipts & records

Designed to keep HMRC-ready records: a chained, tamper-evident log.

Staff and permissions

Each employee with their own access and role. No fee per member of staff.

Stock and recipe costing

What comes in, what goes out and what's left. A 3-litre bottle counts itself down as each glass is poured.

⏱️

Clocking in for your team

Hours logged, tamper-evident, and no fee per member of staff.

Your own delivery

The customer shares their location, you see it on the till instantly, and the driver takes payment at the door.

Today's numbers

Sales, receipts, peak hours, best sellers. With the VAT already split by rate and exportable as CSV for your accountant.

Why it doesn't cost more

This is an application, not a website built by hand every time. It's built once, properly, and it improves itself for everyone: when I add something, you get it too, without asking and without paying extra. That's why the system costs what it costs and doesn't go up.

What does need thought every month is the SEO: looking at what people search for in your area, reading what your competitors do, deciding which page to write. That's analysis and strategy, not a button. That's where the price goes up — and only there.

Missing something you'd actually use? Tell me. If it's useful for more restaurants, I build it and you get it at no extra cost. The tools above came about that way.

Suggest a tool

What I don't do, and I say it here: I'm not your accounting software. Keep your accountant and your bookkeeping software — they're cheap and they work well. My records send them clean data — each quarter, the base and the VAT already split by rate, the way HMRC wants it under Making Tax Digital — nothing more.

Your records, ready for HMRC — from day one
Making Tax Digital

Your records, ready for HMRC — from day one

In the UK there is no mandatory certified till software — unlike France, Spain or Portugal. But your records still have to be complete and kept for 6 years, and VAT returns are filed digitally under Making Tax Digital. Your till keeps a chained, tamper-evident record: nothing can be altered after the fact — a cancellation leaves a trace, it never simply disappears.

20%Standard VAT rate
6 yearsHow long records are kept
DigitalVAT filed under MTD

Get ahead now: set it up calmly and it's done once, properly. Your records go with the system, at no extra cost, and I hand you a clean accounting export ready for your accountant.

Ultras-Sites does not provide tax advice. The obligation is yours as a business; I give you a till built to keep clean, HMRC-ready records and an export for your accountant — not a promise of "full compliance". Confirm your own duties with your accountant.

Why isn't the website in 12 languages as standard? Because a badly translated sales page does more harm than good. A menu is short, verifiable phrases; a website is sales copy. If you want it complete, it's translated and checked — and that's why it's charged separately.

Taking card payments
Taking card payments

Taking card payments

Online payment and phone tap-to-pay: you choose the provider

If you want to take orders online and accept cards on the phone itself (tap to pay), I let you choose. I set up the options on the UK market, connected to your system, and you decide with the numbers in front of you. Neither one pays me any commission.

Option A · the one I recommend

No monthly fee, and the cheapest for taking payment online

  • Monthly feeincluded in the business plan
  • Card in venue (UK & EU consumer)0.8% + £0.02
  • Online payment (UK & EU consumer)0.5% + £0.02
  • Commercial & international2.6% + £0.02 · 2.8% + £0.20
  • American Express (consumer)1.7%
  • Physical terminal (optional)£189 or £139 + VAT

With the phone (tap to pay) there's a £0.08 surcharge per payment. If you'd rather have the money next day, online payment moves to 1% + £0.20.

Option B

With a monthly fee — only worth it at high in-venue volume

  • Monthly fee£19
  • Card in venue (EU consumer)0.75%
  • Non-European, corporate, premium and Amex1.49%
  • Online payment (payment links)1.95%

Only worth it above roughly £10,000 a month taken on card (worked out on a £15 average spend). Below that, Option A costs you less on both counts.

No fixed fee

If you'd rather pay nothing monthly

  • Monthly fee£0
  • Card in venue1.49%
  • Online payment1.95%

Dearer per transaction, but no monthly commitment.

Your money never passes through me. These fees aren't charged by Ultras-Sites: they're charged by the payment provider you choose, and the money from your sales lands straight in your account. I only connect the system. Already have a good deal with your bank? Keep it: I connect it the same way and change nothing.

List prices published by the providers themselves and checked on their official websites on 26 July 2026, for UK and European consumer cards. The real cost depends on your volume, the type of card and the settlement option you choose — which is why I look at it with your last statement in front of me before deciding anything.

Start without waiting
Start without waiting

Start without waiting

The app can go live before the website.

You don't have to wait for the website to be ready to start taking payment and getting organised. The system goes live first; the website comes after.

How it's done
  • Day 1 · the app works — till, menu, orders, clocking-in. Your team is already using it.
  • Meanwhile, your web address shows a "coming soon" page with a direct link to the menu: your customers can already see it and order.
  • The full website: 6 to 8 days. When it's ready, it's connected and the "coming soon" page disappears.

That way you don't lose a single day of service, and I work calmly even with several go-lives at once.

What I need from you to start
  • Your menu — dishes, prices, allergens if you have them.
  • Your logo and, if you have them, your photos.
  • The style and colours you want (or I take them from your venue and your logo).
  • Exact name, address and company details — for the records.

All of that is gathered in one questionnaire, in a single sitting. The template is already done: I copy it and personalise it with your details. That's why the system can be up so fast.

On your team's phone
On your team's phone

On your team's phone

All digital, and it works on 4G.

No terminals to buy. Each employee uses their own phone: take payment, clock in, see the menu, mark a dish sold out. It opens like an app, from the browser.

Measured, not promised
  • The till weighs 66 KB and is ready to take payment in 2.8 seconds on 4G.
  • Clocking-in weighs 17 KB — 2.2 seconds.
  • The owner's menu: 210 KB — 2.1 seconds.

Measured on 28/07/2026 with a simulated 4G network (9 Mb/s, 170 ms latency) and a low-end phone (processor slowed ×4). A WhatsApp photo weighs more than the whole till.

What that changes in your day
  • A waiter takes payment from the terrace without going back to the bar.
  • If the wifi fails, it keeps working on the phone's mobile data.
  • A new employee starts without installing anything: you send them the link.
  • No device to look after, no per-station licence.

Honesty: the website with your photos weighs more than the till — those are images. The ones that do the work are these three tools, and they're featherlight.

Card fees
Card fees

Card fees

If you pay more than 1.05%, it can be changed.

Card fees are not charged by me: your payment provider charges them and they come out of your account. But I can look at them with you.

The rule, said plainly
  • Above 1.05% card fee, today you can negotiate or switch provider.
  • We look at it with your last card-machine bill, no obligation.
  • If your rate is already good, I tell you and you keep it. I gain nothing by switching it.

Your money never passes through Ultras-Sites. I integrate the system; taking payment stays yours and your bank's.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

The things I'm always asked

If every restaurant had a good website and good SEO, what decides then?

Good question, and almost nobody asks it. When two sites are equally well built, Google can't decide on the technical side any more. So it looks at three other things: proximity (where the customer is when they search), the exact match with what they typed, and reputation signals — that is, your reviews: how many, what score, how recent, and whether you reply to them.

And it's the same on the customer's side: when two places appeal equally, they open the reviews and pick the one with more, and more recent. That's why the system nudges them to leave one: after an order or a booking, the customer gets the direct link to your Google listing. No chasing anyone, buying nothing.

What I won't tell you: that reviews are everything. A slow site or a poorly set-up listing won't climb even with 500 reviews. You need both — and both are in the system.

What if my competitor already has more reviews than me?

You catch up, because pace matters a lot: twenty reviews this year weigh more than two hundred from five years ago. What changes the pace is asking at the right moment — when the customer has just eaten well, not three days later by email.

What happens if my wifi goes down mid-service?

The till opens on your team's phone and weighs 66 KB: on the phone's own data it keeps taking payment. And receipts already issued stay chained in the record: no sale is lost.

Do I have to buy terminals or tablets?

No. Each employee uses their phone. It opens from the browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Zero per-station licences, zero devices to maintain.

Where the others win is on hardware: if you want a physical terminal with a built-in printer, that's what they sell you (between £600 and £3,000). Not me.

Can I change the prices and the menu myself?

Yes, from your till: Menu. Change a name, a price, mark a dish sold out or add a special. It shows instantly on the website, in online orders and on the till, without waiting for anyone.

And clocking in for my staff?

It's included. Each employee clocks in with their PIN from their phone, and the record is tamper-evident. Useful for hours, pay and keeping an eye on the team — with no fee per member of staff.

Do I have to change my till and my bank?

No. If you have a good deal with your bank, keep it: I connect it and change nothing. I only suggest switching if, looking at your last statement, we see you're paying over the odds — with the numbers in front of us, not on hearsay.

How long does it take to have it running?

With your menu and photos in my hands, usually between two and four weeks to go live, training your team included. We test it with test orders before opening it to your customers.

And if I'm not at all technical?

That's normal, and that's why I do the work. You give me the menu and the photos; I build it, set it up and show you how to use it. If something needs changing later, you tell me and I change it.

Why pay for the website when others give it "free"?

Because that one isn't yours. It's a rented template: the day you stop paying, it disappears, and you were never the owner of anything. Here you pay once, it's bespoke, and by contract it's yours.

Are you based in the UK?

No, and I say so upfront: it's a professional activity registered in Portugal, within the European Union. I invoice you cross-border (reverse charge), your data is hosted in the EU and your accountant won't have any surprises. I work with clients in several European countries.

Does this keep me right with HMRC?

The records are designed to be HMRC-ready — chained, tamper-evident, kept 6 years — with an accounting export, and in the UK there's no certified software to buy. That said, the duty is yours as a business and depends on how you use it: I won't tell you "forget about it all", because that wouldn't be true. Confirm your VAT and Making Tax Digital duties with your accountant.

Do you guarantee I'll come out top on Google?

No. Nobody serious can guarantee it, and anyone who guarantees you that will hedge it in the small print. I can show you dated results from other clients and explain exactly what I do — but SEO is separate from the £229 and is taken on only if you need it.

What happens if I leave one day?

You take your website and an export of your data: menu, customers, sales history. No hostages.

What it really costs elsewhere

The headline price is rarely what you pay. Here is where the money goes, line by line.

SetupUsually £500 to £1,500 on signing, before you have taken a single payment. Installation, configuration, training.
The card terminalAlmost never in the headline price: budget £10/month and £350 on top. Without it, the till cannot take payments.
Each tool, one by oneQR menu, bookings, review management, time tracking, cost analysis: £10 to £20 each, every month.
The kitchen displayAround £500 of hardware plus £20/month rental. It stays their property.
Online orderingOften £500 upfront and £50/month — and it is an app hosted on their servers, not your website.
The contract term24 or 36 months with leased hardware. If it does not suit after three months, you still pay the other thirty-three.

A normal setup — till, kitchen, menu, bookings — commonly runs to £2,500 in the first year elsewhere. Here the same thing is included, with no setup fee.

Market orders of magnitude, August 2026. Nobody is being singled out: ask anyone for the all-in first-year total. The question is enough.
